My family and I have been going to this braces place for a while now, and we’ve always been taken care of by this wonderful team. They are very caring and extremely professional.

Getting braces was a long time coming, and was a huge dream of mine. When I got to the braces place, they made me feel so welcome and it was always so exciting every visit throughout my braces treatment. To anyone looking to get braces, I would 100% recommend this amazing establishment. They will make the entire process super fun and do their best to make sure you have a beautiful smile.

Dr. Penella and team are great and very accommodating and understanding.

Dr. P doesn’t gas light or blow smoke, he’s shot me straight from day one and nailed it on the head of when I’d be done with my braces and what to expect along the way.

They earned a customer for life, and I’ll be bringing my son here when we are ready to put him in braces now that I’m done with mine!!!

We had such a great experience with Dr. Pennella! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The office is clean, organized, and has such a great atmosphere. Everyone was patient, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can really tell they care about their patients and want them to have a positive experience. Everleigh had a complex case where upper Jaw Surgery was required. Dr. Pennella recommend an amazing surgeon and he was right along side us the entire way! He even gave us his personal cell phone number so we could text him with surgery updates! I could go on and on with how wonderful he and the staff are! We highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care, especially needing jaw surgery!!!!!

Our experience with The Braces Place has been phenomenal. The staff is so patient and wonderful with kids, explaining every step of the process so my daughter felt completely comfortable. The office is modern and clean, and they truly care about their patients. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I started my braces journey with The Braces Place in June 3023 and had them removed in January 2026, and I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Dr. Pennella and his team are phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, everyone greets you with a smile and a genuinely pleasant attitude. The office is clean, welcoming, family-friendly, and always runs with professionalism and care.

For years I was insecure about my smile….and now I can’t stop smiling, I probably even smile in my sleep! Over these past two years, I didn’t just trust the orthodontic process, I trusted The Braces. That made all the difference.

the braces place is the actual BEST place to get braces. Laura, the treatment coordinator is so sweet. Along with all the staff. Dr Pennella can make you laugh and he celebrates ALL of your accomplishments during and after your treatment (along with all the staff) 10000000/10

Michele was absolutely amazing to work with! She told the hard truth to my daughter about the consequences that would come from not taking care of her teeth while in braces, and it ensured that my daughter would be prepared going into this commitment. I truly appreciated that! All of the staff (including the doctor!) have been so great to work with! I had other consultations prior to choosing this particular business, and I was blown away with the truth, care and hospitality that they showed us. They didn't try and "sell" me into getting her braces, and even encouraged me to wait a year (due to back molars not fully coming through yet) before moving forward with her braces! It's such a fresh breath to know that there are honest, amazing companies out here still! I'm very thankful!
