- Graduated as valedictorian of his class at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine
- Accepted into the orthodontic residency program at the Medical College of Virginia, one of the top programs in the country
- Completed advanced orthodontic training, earning both his certification and master’s degree
